Blak needed to evolve their retail and digital systems fast, with Black Friday approaching and
customer expectations rising. Their POS and ecommerce platforms were disconnected, promotions
were limited, and the site wasn’t converting as it should.
Codora Labs stepped in to
deliver a complete omnichannel transformation: migrating to Shopify POS, enabling Click and
Collect, implementing advanced promotional tools, and refreshing the site theme for both speed
and performance. We also connected Givy to allow gift cards to be used across touchpoints,
integrated Indigo8 to manage inventory and clearance pricing across stores, and connected
Klaviyo for automated email and SMS marketing.

The challenge
